Impulsar la formación integral de los estudiantes mediante estrategias de internacionalización en casa a través de la movilidad en estancia académica en línea por medio de los siguientes Consorcios:

  • Programa EMovies de la Organización Universitaria Interamericana (OUI): EMovies
  • University Mobility of Asia and the Pacific (UMAP)
  • Programa de Intercambio Académico Latinoamericano (PILAVirtual)
  • Instituciones de Educación Superior por convenio con la UACJ
  • La Unión de Universidades de América Latina (UDUAL)
  • Consorcio para la Colaboración de la Educación Superior en América del Norte (CONAHEC)
  • Consorcio de Instituciones de Educación Superior Paso del Norte (CIESPN)

  • Promedio general mínimo 8.5 (Estudiantes de posgrado 8.0)
  • Haber concluido el nivel principiante de su plan de estudios.
  • No estar cursando el último periodo del plan de estudios.
  • Dominio de idioma español (para estudiantes cuya lengua sea distinta a esta)
  • Comprobante de idioma inglés en caso de solicitar materias impartidas en ese idioma.



  • Formulario de aplicación llenado en computadora con fotografía. Anexo II
  • Carta de postulación dirigida a la Mtra. Yadira I. Márquez González, Subdirectora de Cooperación e Internacionalización firmada por la oficina de internacionalización de la universidad de origen del estudiante.
  • Historial académico.
  • Copia de identificación oficial.
  • Carta donde se expresen los motivos educativos por los cuales tiene interés de participar en el programa.
  • Curriculum Vitae (sin documentación probatoria).
  • Una carta de recomendación académica personalizada expedida por algún docente de la institución de origen.
  • Comprobante de dominio de idioma español para estudiantes cuya lengua se distinta a esta.
  • Comprobante de idioma inglés B1, en caso de aplicar a materias impartidas en ese idioma.



  • Se recibirá la postulación de los y las estudiantes de las IES nacionales e Internacionales de convenio de colaboración bilateral y de los Consorcios de colaboración con la UACJ.
  • El número de estudiantes aceptados(as) será según lo establecido por el convenio, consorcio de participación o lugares disponibles establecidos en la oferta académica.
  • La UACJ no cobrará al participante ningún costo relacionado a inscripción, matrícula y expedición de certificado académico, de acuerdo a los convenios de reciprocidad entre las IES participantes.
  • El(la) estudiante participante en el programa debe estar matriculado(a) en su institución de origen y sin condicionalidad académica, al momento de solicitar su participación en la UACJ.
  • En caso de elegir asignaturas en idioma inglés, deberá comprobar el conocimiento del nivel B1.
  • El periodo de estancia es por un semestre (1) con posibilidad de extensión de hasta un año (1).
  • Todos los cursos y actividades que integre el catálogo de la oferta académica serán 100% virtuales y no pueden implicar actividades presenciales. Esta condición también abarca materiales didácticos y otros recursos asociados a los cursos o asignaturas ofertados.



  • La universidad de origen deberá enviar los documentos de postulación a través del correo electrónico a la cuenta de mov.estudiantil@uacj.mx en un solo archivo en formato PDF. No es necesario el envío de documentos por correo postal.
  • El número de asignaturas a cursar será de acuerdo a la convocatoria interna de cada Institución de origen.

To impulse the integral formation of students through the internationalization at home strategy via mobility in an online academic program through the next consortiums:

  • Consortium for Higher Education Institutions of Chihuahua State (CIESPN).
  • Consorcio de Universidades Mexicanas (CUMex).
  • National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES).
  • Espacio Común de Educación Superior (ECOES).
  • Latin-American Academic Exchange Program (PILA).
  • Latin American Universities (UDUAL).
  • Internationalization of Higher Education (INILAT).
  • Program exchange BRASIL-MÉXICO (BRAMEX).
  • Consortium for the Collaboration of Higher Education in North America (CONAHEC).
  • Mexico-France Engineers Technology (MEXFITEC).
  • Bureau de Coopération Interuniversitaire (BCI)
  • University Mobility of Asia and the Pacific (UMAP).

Available places


  • Competitive Grade Point Average 8.5 GPA and 8.0 GPA for postgraduate (according to the grading system in Mexico).
  • All applicants must have completed the first year of study at their home Institution.
  • Not be studying the last period of the study plan.
  • Proof of Spanish proficiency, B1.
  • Proof of English proficiency B1, in case the requested classes are taught in that language.



  • Application form with a picture completed in computer. Appendix II
  • Nomination letter to Yadira Isela Márquez González, MBA. Cooperation and International Office Deputy Head.
  • Transcript of courses/records signed and authorized by your home institution -Translated into Spanish.
  • Copy of Official Identification
  • Statement of purpose, where the student provides an explanation of his interest for participating in the program - Translated into Spanish.
  • Current Curriculum Vitae – Translated into Spanish
  • An academic recommendation letter written by a professor from the home institution– Translated into Spanish.
  • Spanish language test score certificate (B1) for those whose language is different than Spanish.
  • English language test score certificate (B1), just in case certain classes are taught in this language.

  • The home institution will have to send the student’s nomination files through the email mov.estudiantil@uacj.mx and jmpalaci@uacj.mx in a single PDF file, It is not necessary to send the documents through postal mail.
  • A student will be able to register in the courses according to the internal announcement of each home institution


  • Students’ nominations will be received by the national and international Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from bilateral collaboration agreements and from collaboration consortiums with The UACJ.
  • The number of students accepted will be as established by the agreement, participation consortium or available places established in the academic offer.
  • The UACJ will not charge the participant student with any cost related to registration, ID number, or academic certificates, according to the reciprocity among participant HEIs.
  • The participant students in the program must be registered in his home institution and without any academic conditions at the moment of participation at UACJ.
  • The period of stay is for one semester (1) with the possibility of extension of up to one year (1).
  • In the case of virtual stays, all the courses and activities that make up the catalog of the academic offer will be 100% virtual and may not involve face-to-face activities. This condition also covers teaching materials and other resources associated with the courses or subjects offered.
